1 Shipment

1.1 Shipment fees – Italy

Shipments are made in Italy by GLS delivery service.

-Italy Shipping costs 7.00 €

-Sicily and Calabria Shipping costs 8.00 €

-Sardinia Shipping costs 10.00 €

Once we have shipped your order, GLS courier will send you an email with shipping details and a GLS tracking number.  Follow the link in the mail to check exact and up-to-date product tracking of your shipment.

1.2 Shipment fees – Other Countries

Shipments are made by GLS delivery service.

Shipments destined outside the European Community are subject to import fees (DDU DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID) based on the client's home country regulations. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole competence and responsibility of the client.

Product prices that are published on the website Messereshop.it reflect the actual retail price of the goods which not include import fees (based on the customer's home country regulation).The payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Once we have shipped your order, GLS courier will send you an email with shipping details and a GLS tracking number.  Follow the link in the mail to check exact and up-to-date product tracking of your shipment.

1.3 Delivery Times

- 1-2 Working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily and Sardinia).

- 4-5 Working days in UE.

- 8-9 Working days in Extra-European Country.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 11.30 a.m. Orders are processed, prepared and delivered to the courier within 24 hours after confirmation of payment and on the first working day available during weekend or holidays. 

If the customer chooses to pay via bank transfer, the item will be sent only after the transaction was completed (on average after two / three working days).

1.4 Shipment insurance

Messereshop.it offers its customers the possibility to insure their shipment (additional cost of 6.00€ every 1000.00 € per shipment). By choosing the GLS Insured Shipment, its cost will be added to the total order’s amount.

1.5 Storage shipment

The courier will make two delivery attempts and, if unsuccessful, the shipment will be held in stock. On the following day GLS shall automatically send the sender (messereshop.it) a Storage Report, giving the reason for the non-delivery and a request for instructions for the good’s release.

Customers can collect the package to the nearest GLS headquarter. The storage costs are the sole competence and responsibility of the client. Messereshop.it reserves the right to request the return of the items after 10 (ten) working days, in the absence of customer’s ordering. The shipping fees for the return of the items will be write off from the costumer refund.

 2 Return

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal contemplated by article 64 of the Consumer Code within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the order delivery date, as certified by the shipper.

In case of returned items, Client must send an email to messereshop.it at the address info@messereshop.it including:

- Client Name and Surname

- Item Code Number of the item

- The compensation for the return: size exchange, color exchange, refund

- An address and a telephone number

Once the written request is received, messereshop.it will send a written confirmation to the client. The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion in a tamper-proof packaging. Items must be unused and the original tag must be attached to the item. It remains understood, in all cases, that, according to the requirements of article 67 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September, 2005), the product being basically in pristine conditions is an essential requirement for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal. If the products returned by the customer are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated and/or used in a manner which does not correspond with normal diligence, such as not to be in pristine conditions, they will not be refunded. 

The client is responsible for shipment of the returned item and any eventual import. The package containing the returned items is under client’s responsibility. Messereshop.it is not responsible in case of lost packages, damages for incorrect packaging or delivery delays to our warehouses.

If the customers requests a refund accepted by messereshop.it, the refund will appear on the client’s Credit Card or Bank Account or Paypal (it depends on method of payment used).

2.2 Change size/ colour 

Change size and colour is not possibile for Extra UE Country. Client must send an email to messereshop.it at the address info@messereshop.it including:

- Client Name and Surname

- Item Code Number of the item

- If you want to exchange for a different colour or size, please specify the colour and the size

- An address and a telephone number
